In Commercial Cleaning we are in charge of cleaning offices, schools, laboratories, factories and other types of commercial places, as well as their common areas. In this type of cleaning we have five main tasks: vacuuming carpets and cleaning floors, emptying trash cans, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens or dining rooms, and dusting. Each of these tasks is carried out through a specific process whose purpose is to maximize the effectiveness, efficiency and ease of the work

In Commercial Cleaning we are in charge of cleaning offices, schools, laboratories, factories and other types of commercial places, as well as their common areas. In this type of cleaning we have five main tasks: vacuuming carpets and cleaning floors, emptying trash cans, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens or dining rooms, and dusting.
Each of these tasks is carried out through a specific process whose purpose is to maximize the effectiveness, efficiency and ease of the work
✓ Empty trash containers, dispose of waste, and replace liners as necessary.
✓ Damp wipe open surfaces of furniture
✓ Dust mop and wet mop floors with PH Neutral Cleaner.
✓ Secure entrance doors upon completion and turn off lights
✓ Vacuum carpeting and/or walk-off mats
✓ Remove fingerprints from entryway glass
✓ Empty trash containers, dispose of waste, and replace liners as necessary.
✓ Dust mop and wet mop hard surface floors, as needed
✓ Vacuum carpeting and/or walk-off mats
✓ Secure entrance doors upon completion and turn off lights
✓ Dust open areas of office furniture, pay special attention to soda spills, and rings on tables and desks.
✓ Containers for waste materials will be emptied and waste taken to disposal.
✓ Lights will be turned off as directed.
✓ Sinks will be cleaned and disinfected.
✓ Counters and tabletops will be cleaned, disinfected, and soda rings removed.
✓ Floors will be dust mopped to remove dirt.
✓ Empty trash containers, dispose of waste, and replace liners as necessary.
✓ Clean mirrors
✓ Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops.
✓ Thoroughly clean and disinfect surfaces of toilets and urinals.
✓ Report any repair items to the Facility Solutions Manager
✓ Clean and polish bright work
✓ Sweep and mop floors, disinfecting as necessary.
✓ Refill dispensing units (towels, toilet paper, soap) from client stock.
