Do You Have Any Question?
It depends on what type of cleaning is required, it could be from one to eight hours, we will let you know an approximate time, likewise, if more time is required to clean, we will let you know.
We use commercial products, which we have used and have worked very well for us and are included in the price of the cleaning. If you require a specific product, you would have to provide it or let us know so we can get it if we do not have it.
For us, punctuality is very important, but sometimes due to workload issues or issues that are not in our hands, arrival at the specific time is complicated, therefore, we manage an hour interval for arrival.
Notice of cancellation of service or change of schedule is required 24 hours in advance.
Regular cleaning and deep cleaning services, payment is made once the work is completed, as for Airbnb cleaning and moving services, payment is made at the time of booking.
We accept payments by cash, debit and credit cards, Zelle and Apple Pay.
